Safety tips for pets on Halloween

While you and other pet owners are getting ready for Halloween, here are some tipsfor all the pet owners which should be kept in mind during this special event:
If you are the owner of a black cat or have any black cat in your store/shelter keep them safely inside the house/shelter. It's better not to sell any black cat during this month as there are people who might buy them for sacrifice.
Candies are like poison for both cats and dogs. So never ever give them candies; no matter how much they show their fondness for them. Also beware of the wrappers, as they can be fatal to your pet.
It's better that your pet dogs and cats do not see the Halloween processions and parties in strange costumes, as they can get agitated seeing weird looking people all around! Also if you want them to be part of these proceedings, you should try to get a clear idea whether your pet will like it or not. Some pets are happy donning the costumes, but some just don't want to be bothered. If you want your pet to wear a mask, it should have big eye holes to let them see properly. In fact, masks are not a good idea for your pet.
If you have an indoor party, then keep the pets safe in another room.
So, while you have a fun-filled Halloween, take care about the safety measures
for your loved pets.
